Who We Are
kota89 is Indonesia's premier online betting platform, built from the ground up to serve the unique needs and preferences of Indonesian players. We understand that Indonesian bettors are passionate about football—from cheering for Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United in BRI Liga 1 to following international powerhouses in the English Premier League, La Liga, and UEFA Champions League. We also recognize the deep-rooted popularity of traditional games like togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting), and the growing interest in live casino games and modern slot titles.
Since our inception, kota89 has been dedicated to providing a betting experience that combines international standards of security and fairness with a deep understanding of Indonesian gaming culture. We support all major local payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and popular e-wallets like OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. This ensures that deposits and withdrawals are fast, convenient, and familiar to our players across Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, and beyond.
Our platform operates with a clear mission: to be the most trusted and reliable online betting destination for Indonesian players. Trust is earned through transparency, and we demonstrate this by clearly displaying all bonus terms, processing withdrawals quickly (often within 15 minutes to 2 hours), maintaining responsive 24/7 customer support with Indonesian-speaking agents, and implementing robust security measures including SSL encryption and strict KYC (Know Your Customer) verification protocols.
We offer comprehensive betting markets covering domestic and international football leagues, extensive live casino options powered by industry leaders like Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, thousands of slot games from top providers, and access to popular togel markets including Singapore (Togel SGP), Hong Kong (Togel HK), Sydney (Togel SDY), and Macau. Our sportsbook features Asian handicap betting (voor bola), mix parlay (accumulator bets), over/under markets, and live in-play betting on matches from around the world.
At kota89, we believe responsible gaming is fundamental to a sustainable betting industry. We provide tools for deposit limits, session time limits, self-exclusion, and reality checks to help players maintain control. Our platform is strictly for adults 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Indonesian age restrictions for gambling activities. We actively promote responsible gaming messages and make support resources easily accessible for anyone who feels their gambling may be becoming problematic.
What sets kota89 apart is our unwavering commitment to the Indonesian market. We are not a generic international platform translated into Indonesian; we are built for Indonesian players, understanding local payment preferences, football betting culture, holiday seasons like Idul Fitri and Independence Day, and the importance of customer service that truly speaks the language. Our team continuously works to enhance the platform, add new games and markets, optimize withdrawal speeds, and deliver promotions that resonate with our community. Join thousands of satisfied players who have made kota89 their trusted betting partner.

Our Journey
From our founding vision to becoming Indonesia's trusted betting platform.
The Beginning
kota89 was founded with a clear vision: create an online betting platform specifically designed for Indonesian players. We recognized that existing platforms often treated Indonesia as an afterthought, offering generic experiences without local payment support or Indonesian-speaking customer service. We set out to build something different.
Building Trust
Our early focus was on establishing trust through transparency and reliability. We partnered with major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) to offer seamless local deposits and withdrawals. Word spread about our fast payout times and responsive customer support, attracting our first thousands of loyal players.
Broadening Our Offerings
As our player base grew, we expanded our product range. We added comprehensive togel markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau), partnered with premium live casino providers like Evolution Gaming, and integrated thousands of slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Our sportsbook coverage expanded to include not just international leagues but also deeper BRI Liga 1 markets.
Technology & Mobile
We invested heavily in platform technology, optimizing for mobile devices to ensure players across Indonesia could bet seamlessly whether in Jakarta's traffic or relaxing in Bali. We introduced live in-play betting with real-time odds updates, launched crash games like Aviator, and implemented advanced security features including two-factor authentication.
Industry Leader
Today, kota89 serves over 150,000 active players across Indonesia. We process thousands of transactions daily, with industry-leading withdrawal speeds averaging under 30 minutes. Our commitment to responsible gaming, transparent operations, and player satisfaction remains stronger than ever. We continue to innovate, adding new games, improving user experience, and maintaining our position as Indonesia's most trusted online betting platform.
